Terms of use
Applies to every part of Norwent · Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms apply when you use any part of Norwent: norwent.com, Norwent Academy (website and Android app), Norwent Math, the Numbers Adventurers games, the live class quiz, and Swedish Math with Norwent when it opens. By using the services you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
The services are provided by Norwent, Stockholm, Sweden · academy.norwent@gmail.com · +46 70 477 00 17. The services are in active development (beta), so features may be added, changed or removed.

3. Prices and payment
- Premium costs 59 SEK per month per part in Sweden and 15 EUR per month per part outside Sweden. Today the paid parts are Norwent Academy and Norwent Math.
- The price shown when you order is the total price you pay. There are no hidden fees.
- You order through the order form on norwent.com or by contacting us. We reply with payment instructions, and after payment you receive a personal Premium code.
- Premium is prepaid for the period you choose. It does not renew automatically — nothing is charged unless you order again.
4. Premium codes
- A code is personal. One code can unlock one part or several parts — it shows which parts it includes.
- In each part, the code works on one device: the first device that activates it in that part becomes the code's device there.
- The days start counting from the first activation, not from the purchase.
- A code cannot be used again on another device once it is bound. Do not share, publish or resell codes.
- Changing device or lost your data? Contact us — we can move your code to the new device.
- We may deactivate codes that are shared publicly, misused or obtained through fraud.
- You can check your code at any time on norwent.com — the check does not activate or bind it.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. If you have not activated your code, you get a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of the purchase.
When you activate the code, you ask us to start delivering the digital content immediately and accept that the right of withdrawal then ends. If Premium does not work as described, contact us: we will fix the problem, extend your code or refund you. This does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
6. Certificates and automatic feedback
Completion certificates confirm that you passed Norwent's internal tests; CEFR labels are estimates based on each level's content. They are not official, accredited exam certificates. Pronunciation scoring, automatic corrections and machine-translated content are learning aids and can sometimes be wrong. Languages marked “beta” may contain more mistakes — please report them to us.
7. Rules for community, duels and the class quiz
- Be kind and respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, offensive names, sharing other people's personal information and any illegal content are not allowed.
- In duels and the class quiz, use a nickname or first name — never a full name or other personal details.
- In the class quiz, the teacher who opens a room is responsible for how it is used with the class.
- Do not try to cheat the points system, guess codes, overload the servers or get around technical limits.
- We may remove content, reset points and block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
8. Content
Your content: you keep ownership of what you post and give us permission to show it inside the service for learning purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Our content: lessons, exercises, games, design, audio and videos belong to Norwent. You may use them for your own learning and, for teachers, in class. You may not copy, publish or sell them without our permission.
9. Availability and liability
We provide the services “as is” and do our best to keep them available, correct and secure, but we cannot guarantee that they are always free of errors or interruptions. Progress saved only in your browser can be lost if the browser data is cleared — we are not responsible for that loss. Our liability is limited to what you have paid for Premium during the last 12 months, unless mandatory law says otherwise. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Privacy
How we handle your data in each part is explained in our privacy policy.
11. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not reduce the Premium period you have already paid for. Swedish law applies. If we cannot solve a disagreement together, you as a consumer can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or to a court.
